I don't know what day in the whole process this is, but here are the most recent transformation pictures (doubt everyone would want to see the day to day pics). Things look great and still moving so fast. Hopefully this rain won't cause things to slow down much ;)

When we got back from the wedding we were surprised to hear that we were next in line to start landscaping and then the next day they showed up with a crew. Here are what things looked like after the first day. It is amazing work - they can do things so fast and we can already tell it is going to look amazing! I will post some updated pictures shortly.

Desi's Wedding Weekend

Well we are back from the wedding and it was a full weekend filled with a lot of fun events. I plan to post a few pictures from each event. Now that we are back in Austin, I can't believe how fast everything went and that now my sister is a married lady on her honey moon. Everything was just beautiful, fun and there was always a lot of food and drinks! She was a beautiful bride and everything went off with out a hitch. Pierce did great as a ring bearer and looked so handsome in his tux! I will definitely have to recommend to anyone looking to rent a tux for a child (or a flower girl dress, a suit, a nice dress, etc) to use Gagas (http://www.gagas.com/). They are reasonably priced and is very convenient!

Wedding Day

Well I don't have many pictures to post from the wedding day - but here is a picture of Pierce and I in front of the H2 Limo we rode in from the church to the reception place. Pierce was not too sure of it at first (covered his eyes for the first 5 minutes of the ride), but then he was okay and loved looking around inside at all the lights, extra storage areas, etc. Both J and Pierce looked mighty sharp in their tuxes!

There is a picture of the bride and groom - looking stunning and happy to head to the reception! I will have to say the bridesmaid dresses were gorgeous and my friend who did my hair and make up did an excellent job - I have not looked that good in a long time :) Thanks Jen and I miss you!

Thursday dinner and Friday Rehersal Dinner

Here is Desi, Thur night, with Pierce and Tinsley (the flower girl). Desi took Pierce swimming and he loved it. Then Pierce and Tinsley chased each other all over the place. Could it be love?

Here are some pictures from the rehersal dinner - it was a fun filled night and LOTS of food! Both Pierce and J got as a gift a bat that has their last name engraved out of it - we have never seen something like that - it is very cool!

I know some people were asking to see the collage that J's mom and I worked on to give to my sister for a gift at her wedding. We did give it to her last weekend and she really liked it!

We had Grandma come stay with us for a week and Grandpa for the weekend - and boy did we have a blast and on top of that got a lot of projects done! There also was a lot of shopping done :) Thanks to them we were able to get things hung up in the house (including the shelf J made), hung the hammock outside, got sand in the sandbox, and we watched a lot of movies!

Happy 4th of July

J loved snaps, so when he saw them in a dollar bin, we had to get them. We opened them up for the 4th of July and they both loved throwing them on the ground or stepping on them to make them SNAP!!!

This was Pierce's first 4th of July to watch fireworks. We weren't sure how well it would go since he is scared of thunder and lightning. This is how he watched them if he wasn't hiding his head in our shoulders. 7/4/07
